Tax Day for Individuals Extended to May 17, 2021

Here we go again. The IRS has extended the 2020 filing and payment deadline, for individuals only, until May 17, 2021. As of today, this extended deadline does not apply to your first quarter 2021 estimated payments that are due April 15th. We are also awaiting guidance on state extensions.

Please note:  Our document cut-off date will remain Friday, March 19th.
If we receive your information after this date, we cannot guarantee that we will file by the May 17th deadline. If we need to extend beyond May 17th, we will be in touch to determine any amounts that need to be paid in.

Please know that we are working to prepare and file as many returns as possible by April 15th. This extension was unexpected, and we ask for your patience as many of our staff planned well-earned rest and family time immediately following the April 15th deadline.

Thank you for your understanding and grace as we once again navigate uncharted waters.
